का.आ. 2009( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक अधिनियम , 1989 ( 1989 का 39 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( xxx ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बोर्ड की सिफारिशों पर, एतद्वारा , लघु उद्योग बैंक को निम्नलिखित कारोबार करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है , अर्थात्:-
" बोर्ड के अनुमोदन के अनुसार , लघु उद्योग बैंक से सहायता लेने के लिए पात्र लघु उद्योग सेक्टर के औद्योगिक समुत्थानों और सेवा सेक्टर के उद्योगों को ऐसी अन्य गारंटियों की प्रस्थापना करना जिनका भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक अधिनियम , 1989 की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (xvi ) से खण्ड (xix ) में उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है । "

New Delhi , the 20th November , 2006
S.O. 2009 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(xxx) of Sub- section ( 1 ) ofSection 13 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 (39 of 1989) , the Central Government, on the recommendations of theBoard , hereby authorises the Small Industries Bank to conduct the following business , namely :
"offering any other guarantees not enumerated in clause (xvi ) to clause ( xix) of Sub- section ( 1) of Section 13 ofthe Small Industries Development Bank ofIndia Act, 1989 to industrial concerns in the small scale sector and service sector industries eligible for assistance from Small Industries Bank, as approved by the Board."
