NOTIFICATION NewDelhi , the 20th November , 2006 नई दिल्ली, 20 नवम्बर , 2006
का.आ: 2010( अ ). कर्नाटक राज्य सरकार ने केन्द्रीय सरकार से यह अनुरोध किया है कि राज्य वित्तीय निगम अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 63 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 27 , धारा 32 क से धारा 32 छ, धारा 41 , धारा 42 , धारा 43क और धारा 44 के उपबंध कर्नाटक स्टेट इंडस्ट्रियल इनवेस्टमेंट एंड डेवलपमेंट कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ( केएसआईआईडीसी ) को लागू किए जाएं जो कर्नाटक राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्थापित एक संस्था है , जिसके उद्देश्यों में राज्य में औद्योगिक समुत्थानों का वित्तपोषण करना शामिल है;
S.O. 2010 ( E ) .-Whereas the Government of the State of Karnataka have requested the Central Government that the provisions of Sections 27 , 32A to 32G , 41 , 42, 43,A and44 ofthe State Financial Corporations Act , 1951 (63 of 1951) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) may be made applicable to the Karnataka State Industrial Investment & Development Corporation Limited (KSIIDC ), an institution established by the State Government of Karnataka whose objectives include financing of industrial concerns in the State;
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 46 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा , निदेश देती है कि उक्त धारा 27, धारा 32क से धारा 32छ , धारा 41 , धारा 42 , धारा 43 क और धारा 44 के उपबंध उक्त कर्नाटक स्टेट इंडस्ट्रियल इनवेस्टमेंट एंड डेवलपमेंट कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड को लागू होंगे ।
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 46 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of the said Sections 27, 32A to 32G , 41 , 42, 43A and 44 shall apply to the said Karnataka State Industrial Investment & Development Corporation Limited.
