का.आ. 2017( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 , ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद् से परामर्श'करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची ( उक्त अनुसूची ) में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अनुसूची में, -
" आयुर्वेद और सिद्ध " से संबंधित भाग -1 में, " उत्तर प्रदेश " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत ,
(क) कानपुर विश्वविद्यालय , कानपुर से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 107क के सामने, -
* (i ) कॉलम (4 ) में, प्रविष्टि के सामने " आयुर्वेदाचार्य ( बैचलर ऑफ आयुर्वेदिक मेडिसिन एंड सर्जरी ) " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 1983 से आगे " , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
" 1983 से 1995 तक " ,

S.O. 2017 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule ( the said Schedule ) to the said Act, namely :-
In the said Schedule,
InPart I , relating to " Ayurveda and Siddha " , under the heading ' Uttar Pradesh'
(A) against serial number 107 A relating to Kanpur University, Kanpur,-
in column (4), against the entry "Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)" for the entry ' From 1983 onwards", the following entry shall be substituted, namely:--
