का.आ. 2028( अ ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा अपर महानिदेशक , राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , दिल्ली जोनल यूनिट , छठा तल , बी-4 , पर्यावरण भवन , सी.जी.ओ. काम्प्लेक्स , लोदी रोड , नई दिल्ली-110003 द्वारा दिनांक 18 जुलाई , 2006 की फा . सं. 23/ 16/2005- डी जेड यू के तहत जारी मैसर्स एम . के. एक्जिम इंडिया लिमिटेड, 1 , आनन्द चैम्बर्स , बाबा हरिशचन्द्र मार्ग , इंदिरा बाजार , जयपुर -01 , जो ई-3 , रिको औद्योगिक क्षेत्र , सीमापुरा , जयपुर पर कार्यरत है और अन्य से संबंधित कारण बताओ नोटिस से संबंधित मामलों के न्यायनिर्णयन के प्रयोजनार्थ सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, (निर्यात ) , जवाहर कस्टम हाउस, न्हावा शेवा. को ( i ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त ( निर्यात ) , न्यू कस्टम हाउस , बलार्ड एस्टेट , मुंबई; और ( ii ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, जयपुर के पद पर नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें प्रदान की गई अथवा सौंपी गई शक्तियों को प्रयोग करने और कार्यभार के निर्वहन के लिए प्राधिकृत करता है ।

In exercise of the powers conferredby sub- section (1 ) of Section 4 and sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 5of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board ofExcise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner ofCustoms (Export) , Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on
(1) the Commissioner of Customs , (Export) , New Custom House, Ballard Estate , Mumbai ; and
(ii) the Commissioner of Customs , Jaipur
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s . M.K. Exim India Limited, 1, Anand Chambers , Baba Harish Chandra Marg , IndiraBazar, Jaipur -01 , works at E -3 , RICCO Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur and others , issued vide F. New Delhi , the 27th November, 2006 No. 127/2006 - CUSTOMS ( N.Τ. ) ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदात्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, इनलैंड कंटेनर डिपो, तुगलकाबाद , नई दिल्ली की नियुक्ति करता है और उन्हें निम्नलिखित के रूप में कार्य करने हेतु प्रदत्त अथवा सौंपी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करता है-
( i ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त (आयात ) , मुंबई; और
