नईदिल्ली, 27 नवम्बर, 2006 सं. 129/2006 ( एन.टी. )-सीमा शुल्क का.आ. 2033(अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962(1962 का 52) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उप- खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रर्योग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 111/2006 (एन . टी. ) - सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर, 2006 [ का.आ. 1843 (अ ) दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर, 2006 ] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड, एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 दिसम्बर, 2006 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णितहै:-

SO. 2033 ( E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause(i) of clause (a) of Sub- section ( 3 ) of Section 14 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 111 /2006 - NT Customs , dated the 26th October, 2006 S.O.1843 (E) , dated the 26th October, 2006 ] , the Board hereby column (2 ) of each of Schedule - I and Schedule - II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall, with effect from the 1st December , 2006 determines for the purposes of said section relating to export goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign qurrency specified in, be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof: --
