का.आ. 2042(अ)-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1366 ( अ ) , तारीख 29 अगस्त, 2006 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
( क) तालुक " 1 थिरुप्पुर " के सामने शीर्षक " पुलिस थाना " और " गाँव का नाम " के अंतर्गत अंत में आने वाली प्रविष्टि " अविनाशीपलायम " और " ( 3 ) मधाप्पुर " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी:
गाँव का नाम
"पुलिस थाना
अविनाशीपलायम
(4) कांडियनकोविल
अविनाशीपलायम
(5) अलागुमालई"
(ख ) तालुक " 2 पल्लादाम " के सामने शीर्षक " पुलिस थाना " और " गाँव का नाम " के अंतर्गत अंत में आने वाली प्रविष्टि " सिंगनाल्लूर " और " (8 ) इरुगूर " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी:-

New Delhi , the 29th November , 2006
S.O. 2042 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the. Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India intheMinistry of Shipping , Road Transport and Ilighways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 1366(E) , dated the 29th August, 2006 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part - II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , namely :--
In the Schedule to the said notification .....
(a) against Taluk " 1. Thiruppur " under the headings " Police Station" and " Name of village " , "Avinashipalayam " and " (3 ) Madhappur " occurring at the end, the following entries shall respectively be inserted, namely :-
"Police Station
Name of Village

(4) Kandiyankovil

(5)Alagumalai "
(b) against Taluk " 2. Palladam " under the headings "Police Station " and " Name of village " , after the entries "Singanallur" and " (8 ) Irugur " against occurring at the end, the following entries shall respectively bẻ inserted, namely:...
