का.आ. 2044(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक अधिसूचना में उक्त तालिका के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रूप में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-

1 का.आ. 1101 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 जुलाई , 2006 उक्त अधिसूचना के आमुख में ,
(क) "जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, तन्जावुर" शब्दों के स्थान पर " विशेष जिला राजस्वअधिकारी ( भूमि अर्जन ) , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग , तिरूचिरापल्ली" शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
(ख) " इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से " शब्द हटा दिए जाएंगे ।
2 का.आ. 1102 ( अ) , तारीख 17 जुलाई , 2006 उक्त अधिसूचना के आमुख में,
(क) " जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , तिरूचिरापल्ली " शब्दों के स्थान पर "विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी ( भूमि अर्जन ) , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग , तिरुचिरापल्ली " शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
(ख) " इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से " शब्द हटा दिए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th November , 2006
S.O. 2044 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government herchy makes the following amendments in each of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) specified in column (2) of the Table below in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table:-

In the preamble to the said notification,
1. S.O. 1101 (E) dated the 17th July , 2006
(a) for the words " District Revenue Officer , Thanjavur " , the words and brackets " Special District Revenue Officer ( Land Acquisition), National Highways , Tiruchirappalli " shall be substituted;
(b) the words "with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette " shall be omitted .
Inthe preamble to the said notification,-
