का.आ. 2057(अ) .केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1309( अ) , तारीख17 अगस्त, 2006 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " प्रभारी अधिकारी , चुनाव , कलक्टरी , क्योंझर " शब्दों के स्थान पर " विशेष भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजना , जिला क्योंझर " शब्द रखे जाएंगे :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th August , 2006
S.O. 2057(E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 1309(E) , dated the 17th August, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub - section ( ii ), namely:-
Inthe said notification for the words , " Officer - in- Charge, Election, Collectorate , Keonjhar" , the words " Special Land Acquisition Officer , National Highways Project, Keonjhar District " shall be substituted.
