का.आ. 2058( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1290 (अ ) तारीख 11 अगस्त , 2006 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " प्रभारी अधिकारी , चुनाव , कलक्टरी, क्योंझर" शब्दों के स्थान पर " विशेष भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजना , जिला क्योंझर " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 25th August, 2006
S.O. 2058 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport andHighways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 1290 (E), dated the 11th August , 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) , namely:-
In the said notification, for the words , "Officer - in- Charge Election, Collectorate , Keonjhar " , the words "Special Land Acquisition Officer , National Highways Project, Keonjhar District " shall be substituted.
