का.आ. 2060(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और मै. इलेक्ट्रानिक्स टेक्नोलॉजी पार्क्स केरल को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु तिरुवनंतपुरम में एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 3 अप्रैल , 2006 को अनुमोदन- पत्र प्रदान किए जाने के बाद , केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के उपरांत कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत दी गई अपेक्षाओं और अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है , एतद्वारा केरल राज्य में गांव- अट्टीप्रा , तालुक तथा जिला- तिरूवनंतपुरम में निम्नलिखित 12.55 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं एवं क्षेत्र शामिल है और जिसकी वास्तविक सीमाएं निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2060(E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub-section ( 1 ) ofSection 4 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) read with Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , and after grant of the letter of approval on3rd April , 2006 under Sub- section ( 10 ) of Section 3 of the said Actto M/ s . Electronics Technology Parks -Kerala for setting up of a Special Economic Zone for information technology and/or information technology enabled services at Thiruvananthapuram , the Central Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under Sub - section (8) of Section 3 ofthe said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies the following area of 12.55 hectares at Village Attipra, Taluk andDistrict Thiruvananthapuram in the State ofKerala, comprising ofthe survey numbers and extent of area givenbelow in the Table , with the physical boundaries as hereunder , as Special Economic Zone, namely :----
