का.आ. 2065( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके एतद्वारा हरियाणा कमोडिटिज लि. , पंजीकृत कार्यालय राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली को एक्सचेंज के व्यापार रिंग सहित अपने एक्सचेंज परिसर को मौजूदा 173 , न्यू ग्रेन मार्किट, हिसार ( हरियाणा) -125001 से दुकान नं. 2 और 3 , एडिशनल मण्डी, पहली मंजिल , सिरसा ( हरियाणा ) में स्थानांतरित करने की अनुमति प्रदान करती है।
हरियाणा कमोडिटिज लि. के व्यापार रिंग को स्थानांतरित करने की एतद्वारा प्रदान की गई अनुमति इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगा।

S.O. 2065 (E) .-The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, hereby grants permission to the Haryana Commodities Ltd. , Regd. Office at NCT of Delhi , to shift their Exchange premises including the trading ring ofthe Exchange from the existing address at 173 , New Grain Market , Hissar (Haryana ) -125001 to Shop Nos . 2 and 3 , Additional Mandi, 1st Floor , Sirsa (Haryana) .
Permission to shift the trading ring of Haryana Commodities Ltd. , hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions , as may from time to time be given by the Forward Markets. Commission.
