का.आ. 2071 ( अ ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित घोषणा , जिसके अंतर्गत ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है , जो राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित हुए हैं , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :-

उत्तर प्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए उप -निर्वाचन।
निर्वाचनों को संचालन नियम , 1961 के नियम 11 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि-
