Ο.Ν. 120 (Ε) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13AA of the Representation of the PeopleAct , 1950 the Election Commission of India in consultation with the StateGovernment hereby makes following amendment in its Notification No. 508/PB /2006, dated 20th June , 2006 relating to the appointment of District Election Officer in the State of Punjab namely :-
आ.अ. 120( अ ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 की धारा 13 कक के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से पंजाब राज्य के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी की नियुक्ति के संबंध में अपनी दिनांक 20 जून , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. 508 /पंजाब /2006 निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
After the existing entry at Sl . No. 19 of the Table appended to the said Notification the following entry shall be added:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी में क्रम सं. 19 की विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के बाद निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी:-
" 20. बरनाला
