का. आ. 2086(अ).-इस विभाग के दिनांक 28 फरवरी , 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 268 ( अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए तथा कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) के खंड 2 की धारा ( एन ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वास उद्योग मंत्रालय , भारी उद्योग विभाग के दिनांक 31 अगस्त , 1999 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 708 (अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में कालम 1 के क्र. सं. 1 की प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" श्री अंजनी कुमार ,
मुख्य प्रबंधक ( वर्क्स ) ,
भारत वैगन एंड इंजीनियरिंग कंपनी लिमिटेड,

New Delhi, the 27th November, 2006
S. O. 2086(E) . In supersession of this Department's notification number S.O. 268(E) dated 28th February, 2003 and in pursuance of clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Ministry of Industry, Department of Heavy Industry's notification number S.O. 708 (E ) dated the 31stAugust, 1999, namely :-

In the said notification , in The Table , in Column 1 against serial number 1 for the entries , the following shall be substituted , namely:-

का.आ. 2087(अ).-इस विभाग के दिनांक 15 जुलाई , 2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 802 ( अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए तथा कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) के खंड 2 की धारा ( एन ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उद्योग मंत्रालय , भारी उद्योग विभाग के दिनांक 31 अगस्त , 1999 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 708 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

In supersession of this Department's notification number S.O. 802 (E) dated 15th July, 2002 and in pursuance of clause ( n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Ministry of Industry, Department of Heavy Industry's notification number S.O. 708 (E ) dated the 31st August, 1999 , namely :-
