सा.का.नि. 741 (अ). सेवा कर नियमावली , 1994 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित वित्त अधिनियम , 1994 ( 1994 का 32 ) की धारा 83क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, सेवा कर आयुक्त , मुम्बई को नियुक्त करता है और उन्हें एफ सं. डी जी सी ई आई/एम जेड यू/ आई एंड आई एस. "सी" / 12 (4 ) 118/2006 के अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क , आसूचना महानिदेशालय की मुम्बई जोनल इकाई द्वारा मैसर्स टाटा कंसलटेंसी सर्विसेज लि. को जारी कारण बताओ नोटिस के न्याय- निर्णयन हेतु सम्पूर्ण भारत गणराज्य में केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिकारी को प्रदत्त सारी शक्तियाँ प्रदान करता है ।

G.S.R. 741 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 83A of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994) , read with rule 3 of the Service Tax Rules , 1994 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs appoints the Commissioner ofService Tax, Mumbai , and invest with him all the power ofCentral Excise Officer throughout the tefritory of India, for the purposes of adjudication of show cause notices issuedto M/ s Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. , by the Mumbai Zonal Unit of the Directorate Gereral of Central Excise Intelligence , under F. No. DGCEI/MZU / I & IS "C""/ 12 (4) 118/2006.
