का.आ. 2089( अ ) -डॉक कर्मकार ( नियोजन का विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1948 ( वर्ष 1948 के अधिनियम सं. 9 ) की धारा 5क की उप- धारा ( 3 ) और (4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके तथा भारत सरकार के पोत- परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के पोत परिवहन विभाग के पत्तत स्कंध की दिनांक 27 सितम्बर , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1620( अ) के क्रम में, केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के पोत परिवहन विभाग के पत्तत स्कंध की दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 204 (अ ) में, एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
S.O. 2089 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred bysub -sections (3) and (4) of Section 5A of Dock Workers (Regulation ofEmployment ) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948) and in continuationto the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways, Department of Shipping , Ports Wing No. S.O. 1620 (E) dated 27th September , 2006 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in theNotification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways No. S.O. 204(E) dated 14th February, 2005:---
दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 2005 की उक्त अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 204 ( अ ) में, " केन्द्रीय सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले सदस्य " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम सं. 3 के सामने " संयुक्त सचिव्र (औद्योगिक संबंध ) , श्रम विभाग , पश्चिम बंगाल की सरकार , कोलकाता " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाए:-
Inthe said Notification No. S.O. 204(E) dated 14th February, 2005, under the heading "Members representing theCentral Government " , against Serial No. 3, for the entry "JointSecretary (Industrial Relations ) , Labour Department, Government of West Bengal , Kolkata, the following entry shall be substituted :-
" उप सचिव ( औद्योगिक संबंध , श्रम विभाग , पश्चिम बंगाल की सरकार , कोलकाता " ।
"Deputy Secretary (Industrial Relations ), Labour Department, Government ofWest Bengal , Kolkata" .
