G.S.R. 743 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Solvent , Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition , Sale , Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles) Order, 2000 , namely :-
सा.का.नि. 743(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा विलायक , रेफिनेट और स्लॉप ( अर्जन , विक्रय , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) आदेश , 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale , Storage and Prevention ofuse inAutomobiles) Second Amendment Order , 2006 .
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम , विलायक , रेफिनेट और स्लॉप (अर्जन , विक्रय , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) दूसरा संशोधन आदेश , 2006 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. विलायक, रेफिनेट और स्लॉप ( अर्जन , विक्रय , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) आदेश की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या 16 और 17 तथा इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को हटा दिया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
2. In the Schedule to the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition , Sale , Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles) Order, 2000, following serial numbers 16 and 17 and entries relating thereto , shallbe omitted namely :---
" (16 ) बैंजीन
(17) टाल्यून"
"(16) Benzene (17) Toluene"

नोट : मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में दिनांक 5 जून, 2000 के सं. सा.का.नि. 519 ( अ) के तहत और पिछला संशोधन दिनांक , 4 जुलाई , 2006 के सं. सा.का.नि. 404 ( अ) के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था ।
Note : The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 519 (E ) dated the 5th June , 2000 and lastly amended vide number G.S. R. 404(E) dated the 4th July, 2006 .
