का.आ. 2093( अ ). -तटवर्ती जलकृषि प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 24 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, भारत सरकार के, कृषि मंत्रालय की दिनांक 22 दिसंबर, 2005 की सं. का.आ. 1803( अ) के तहत भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर , 2005 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में केन्द्र सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या ( घ ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टियों को शामिल किया जाए, नामतः-

अपर निदेशक , तटवर्ती क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधन प्रभाग , पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय , (पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय द्वारा नामित ) ।

नोट: मूल अधिसूचना को दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर , 2005 के सं. का. आ. 1803 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र भाग- II , खण्ड-3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था । तदुपरांत दिनांक 25-8-2006 के सं. का. आ. 1359 ( अ ) के तहत संशोधित किया गया था ।

S.O. 2093 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 4 of the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture vide number S.O. 1803 (E), dated the 22nd December, 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extra- ordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 22nd December, 2005 , namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number (d) and the entries related thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
