का.आ. 2095( अ ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा गुजरात औद्योगिक विकास निगम को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के तहत दिनांक 13 जुलाई , 2006 को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हार्डवेयर प्रौद्योगिकी पार्क सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थकारी सेवाओं के लिए एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु अनुमोदन- पत्र प्रदान किए जाने के पश्चात्, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) की अपेक्षाएं तथा अन्य सम्बन्धित अपेक्षाएं पूरी कर ली गई हैं, एतद्वारा 28 हेक्टेयर के निम्नलिखित भू- भाग , जो गुजरात राज्य के गांधीनगर जिले के गांधीनगर इलैक्ट्रॉनिक एस्टेट में , " के " रोड के पश्चिमी ओर तथा गांधीनगर शहर की पश्चिमी सीमाओं के मध्य स्थित गुजरात औद्योगिक विकास निगम के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सिटी का एक भाग है , को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है, जिसकी सीमाओं का विवरण निम्नानुसार है , अर्थातः-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic ZonesAct, 2005 (28 of2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 13th July, 2006 under sub - section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act, to the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation for setting up of a Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware Technology Park / information technology enabled services, the Central Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies the following area ofland, which is a part of Electronic City of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, situated in between the west side of ' K ' Road and the western boundaries of Gandhinagar City, at Gandhinagar Electronic Estate, GandhinagarDistrict in the State of Gujarat comprising of 28 hectares of land, the description of the boundaries of which is given below, as Special Economic Zone , namely:
