सा.का.नि. 752(अ).-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति एतद्वारा सर्किल डाक लेखा कार्यालय ( वरिष्ठ लेखाकार ) भर्ती नियमावली , 1988 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, नामतः:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को सर्किल डाक लेखा कार्यालय ( वरिष्ठ लेखाकार ) भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2006 कहा जाएगा।
(2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सर्किल डाक लेखा कार्यालय ( वरिष्ठ लेखाकार ) भर्ती नियमावली , 1988 की अनुसूची में, -
(i) कालम में दी प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः-
"5500-175-9000 रुपये " ;
(ii ) कालम 11 में प्रविष्टि के नीचे अंक और शब्द " 3 वर्ष " को " छह वर्ष " से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। [फा. सं. 1 (2 )/2006/पीए- प्रशासन -1 ]

टिप्पणी : मूल नियम सा.का.नि. 88 के जरिए प्रकाशित हुए थे जोकि भारत के राजपत्र भाग II , खण्ड 3 ( i ) में दिनांक 18 फरवरी , 1989 को प्रकाशित हुए और बाद में सा.का.नि. 171 के जरिए संशोधित हुए जोकि भारत के राजपत्र, भाग- II , खण्ड 3 ( i ) में दिनांक 29 मार्च, 1997 को प्रकाशित हुए।

New Delhi , the 13th December, 2006
G.S.R. 752(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the Presi- denthereby makes the following rules further to amend the CirclePostal Accounts Offices (Senior Accountant) Re- cruitmentRules, 1988 , namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Circle Postal Accounts Offices ( Senior Accountant) Re- cruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2006 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Circle Postal Accounts Offices(SeniorAccountant) Recruitment Rules, 1988 ,-
(1) for the entry in column 4, the following en- try shall be substituted , namely:- "Rs . 5500-175-9000" ;
(ii) under the entry ofcolumn 11 , for the letter and words "3 years " , the words " six years " shall be substituted.

Note: The principal rules were published vide G.S.R. 88 , published in the Gazette of India, Part - II, Section 3 (i) , dated the 18th February , 1989 and have been amended subsequently vide G.S.R. 171 , published: the Gazette of India, Part - II , Section 3 ( i ) , dated the 29th March, 1997 .
