सा.का.नि. 755(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त. शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002, सं. सा. का. नि. 118 ( अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रस्तावना में , परंतुक में खंड ( ज ) में, शब्द और अंक " 1 जनवरी , 2007 " के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक " 1 मार्च , 2007 " को प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे ।

NewDelhi , the 14th December , 2006 No. 116/2006- CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 755 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makesthe following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 21 /2002 - Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number G. S. R. 118. (E), dated the 1st March , 2002 , namely:
In the said notification , in the preamble , in the proviso , in clause ( h) , for the words and figures " 1st January, 2007 " , the words and figures " 1st day of March , 2007" shall be substituted.
