का.आ. 2102( अ)-विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण) अधिनियम , 1967 ( 1967 का 37) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मेघालय के अचिक नेशनल वालंटीयर काउन्सिल (एएनवीसी ) तथा हन्नीवट्रैप नेशनल लिबरेशन काउन्सिल (एचएनएलसी) को विधिविरूद्ध संगम घोषित करने के लिए पर्याप्त कारण हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री एस रबीन्द्र भट्ट की अध्यक्षता में एक ' विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण ' का गठन करती है ।

S.O. 2102 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Shri Justice S. Ravindra Bhat, Judge ofDelhi High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Achik National Volunteer Council (ANVC) and the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC ) of Meghalaya as Unlawful Association .
