का.आ. 2103( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला भू- अर्जन पदाधिकारी , रोहतास ( सासाराम ) को बिहार राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 2 के 110.000 किमी. से 111.000 किमी. तक के भूखण्ड का टोल प्लाजा के निर्माण , अनुरक्षण, प्रबन्ध और प्रचालन के सम्बन्ध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।
