सा.का.नि. 756(अ) , केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी नियम, 1971 के नियमों के साथ पठित कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46) की धारा 16 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निदेश देती है कि नीचे दी गई विनिर्दिष्ट संस्थाओं पर जीवनाशक जीव के संबंध में केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी प्रयोगशाला के कृत्य किए जाएंगे , अर्थात् : -
1. भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान ( कीट विज्ञान प्रभाग ) , पूसा , नई दिल्ली ।
2. जी. बी. पंत कृषि और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय ( पादप रोग विज्ञान का उन्नत अध्ययन केन्द्र ) , पंत नगर , उत्तरांचल ।
3. प्रादेशिक अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला (जैसे प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग ) , जम्मू ।
4. असम कृषि विश्वविद्यालय ( कीट विज्ञान विभाग ) , जोरहट , असम ।
5. महात्मा फुले कृषि विद्यापीठ ( कृषि महाविद्यालय ) , पुणे , महाराष्ट्र ।
6. कृषि विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय ( कृषि कीट विज्ञान विभाग ) , धारवाड़ , कर्नाटक ।
7. तमिलनाडु कृषि विश्वविद्यालय , कोयम्बतूर , तमिलनाडु ।

New Delhi , the 15th December , 2006
G.S.R. 756 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Section 16 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) read with rules of the Insecticides Rules, 1971, the Central Government hereby directs that the functions of the Central Insecticides Laboratory in respect of biopesticides shall be carried out at the institutions specified below, nemely : ----
1. IndianArgicultural Reserach Institute (Division ofEntomology), Pusa , New Delhi .
2. G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology( Centre of Advanced Studies in Plant Pathology) , Pant Nagar , Uttaranchal .
3. Regional Research Laboratory (Department of Biotechnology) , Jammu .
4. Assam Agricultural University (Department of Entomology) , Jorhat, Assam.
5. Mahatama Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth ( College of Agriculture) , Pune , Maharashtra .
6. University of Agriculture Sciences (Department ofAgricultural Entomology) , Dharwad, Karnataka.
7. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University , Coimbatore, TamilNadu.
