का.नि.आ. 15( अ) -छावनी अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 41) , की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्द्वारा 18 दिसम्बर, 2006 को वह तारीख तय करती है जब कथित अधिनियम के प्रावधान प्रभावी हो जाएंगे ।

S. R. O. 15 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (3) of Section 1 of the Cantonments Act, 2006(41 of 2006) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of December, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force .

का. नि. आ. 16( अ ). छावनी अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 41 ) , की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) और उपधारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस बात पर संतुष्ट होते हुए कि छावनियों के प्रशासन के लिए छावनी परिषदों के गठन को परिवर्तित करना वांछनीय है , केन्द्रीय सरकार नीचे दी गई 3926 G1/ 2006
तालिका में निर्दिष्ट छावनी परिषदों के गठन को 18 दिसम्बर , 2006 से लेकर 31 जुलाई , 2007 की अवधि के लिए या कथित अधिनियम की धारा 12 के अंतर्गत इन परिषदों के गठन में से जो भी पहले हो, उस अवधि तक परिवर्तित रखने की एतद्वारा घोषणा करती है । इनके नाम निम्नलिखित हैं :-

New Delhi , the 18th December, 2006
S. R. O. 16 (E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub - section ( 1 ) and Sub - section (4) of Section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006) , the Central Government on being satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonments , it is desirable , to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Boards , hereby makes a declaration to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Boards specified in the Table given below, with effect from the 18th day of December, 2006, for a period up to 31st July, 2007 or till the constitution of these Boards under Section 12 of the said Act , whichever is carlier , namely: ---

का.नि.आ. 17 ( अ ) संख्या का. नि. आ. 16 ( अ ) , दिनांक 18-12-2006 के द्वारा रक्षा मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के साथ पढ़े जाने वाले छावनी अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 41 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के अनुसरणा में, जिनमें विभिन्न छावनी परिषदों के परिर्वतन की घोषणा शामिल है , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तंभ 2 में निर्दिष्ट छावनी परिषदों के गठन को अधिसूचित करती है , जिसमें स्तंभ ( 3 ) में निर्दिष्ट सदस्य और साथ ही कथित धारा की उप - धारा ( 2 ). के खण्ड ( ग ) के अन्तर्गत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा नामित सदस्य शामिल हैं और यह गठन 18 दिसंबर , 2006 से लेकर 31 जुलाई 2007 तक या कथित अधिनियम की धारा 12 के अंतर्गत परिषद् के गठन में से जो भी पहले हो उस अवधि तक प्रभावी रहेगा । इनके नाम निम्नलिखित हैं :-
