THE INDIAN RIFLES (REPEAL) ACT, 2006

AnAct to repeal the Indian Rifles Act, 1920 .
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty- seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Indian Rifles (Repeal) Act , 2006.
2. The Indian Rifles Act , 1920 is hereby repealed .
Repeal ofAct 23 of 1920.
