No. R.S. 10/2006- T . Shrimati Sukhbuns Kaur , an elected Member of the Council of States ( Rajya Sabha ) , representing the State of Punjab, has expired on the 15th December , 2006 and consequently her seat in the Rajya Sabha has become vacant with effect from that date.
