सा.का.नि. 760( अ)-सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि नीचे दी गई सारणी के कालम ( 2 ) में निर्दिष्ट भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना में उक्त सारणी के सादृश कालम ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट तरीके से और आगे संशोधन किया जाए , अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, मौजूदा खंड ( ख ) हेतु, आरम्भिक पैराग्राफ के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :-
" (ख) उक्त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के तहत इस पर उद्ग्रहणीय संपूर्ण अतिरिक्त शुल्क से; और " ।

उक्त अधिसूचना में, मौजूदा खंड ( ख ) हेतु , आरम्भिक पैराग्राफ के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" (ख ) उक्त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के तहत इस पर उद्ग्रहणीय संपूर्ण अतिरिक्त शुल्क से; और " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th December, 2006 No. 117/2006 - CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 760(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , specified in column(2) of the Table below shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 3) of the said Table , namely :-

In the said notification , in the opening paragraph , for the existing clause (b) , the following shall be substituted, namely :--- "(b) from the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under Section 3 of the said Customs Tariff Act ; and " .
