का.आ. 2132( अ ), मसाला बोर्ड नियमावली 1987 के नियम 4 एवं 5 के साथ पठित मसाला बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 123 ( अ ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
1. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्र. सं. 12 और 13 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: --
" 12. श्री एन.वी. सिवरामारेड्डी नन्दनवन , चिलाकनेरपू, होबली , चिंतामणि तालुक, जिला कोलार, कर्नाटक
सदस्य (वह सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 20 जुलाई 2009 तक पद धारण करेंगे । )
[नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के खंड (घ ) के तहत नियुक्त]

2. यह अधिसूचना सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी ।

टिप्पणी : मसाला बोर्ड का गठन आरंभ में दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 123 ( अ ) द्वारा गठित किया गया था और दिनांक 2 जुलाई , 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 683 ( अ ) द्वारा उनका पुनर्गठन किया गया था और बाद में निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना संख्याओं द्वारा उसमें संशोधन किया गया था:-
1. दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर , 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. 1235 ( अ ) ;
2. दिनांक 31 जनवरी , 2003 की अधिसूचना सं. 110 (अ);
3. दिनांक 4 अप्रैल , 2003 की अधिसूचना सं. 399 (अ ) ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th December , 2006
S.O. 2132 (E) .-In exercise of the powers eonferred by Sub - section ( 3) of Section 3 of the Spices Board Act , 1986 (10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules 1987 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Commerce number S.O. 123 (E), dated the 26th February , 1987 namely :-
1. In the said notification , for serial numbers 12 and 13 and the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted , namely :---

2. This notification shall take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette .
