सां.का.नि. 763( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं0 21 / 2002- सीमाशुल्क,' तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002, भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में, सा० का०नि० 118 (अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थातः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में ,
(1 ) सारणी में, क्रम सं0 426क के सामने, स्तंभ (3) और उससे संबंधित " माल की विशिष्टता " की प्रविष्टि में, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी, अर्थातः-
" सभी मद के उपस्कर मशीनरी और रोलिंग स्टॉक सहित और जो दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कार्पोरेशन लि० द्वारा या उसके लिए खरीदे गए है, जिनका इस्तेमाल निम्नलिखित के लिए हो-
(i) दिल्ली एमआरटीएस प्रोजेक्ट फेस- I: और
(ii) विनिर्दिष्ट कोरिडोर दिल्ली एमआरटीएस प्रोजेक्ट फेस II , अर्थात, निम्नलिखितः-
(क) विश्वविद्यालय- जहांगीरपुरी;
ख) केन्द्रीय सचिवालय- कुतुब मीनार ( वाया अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेदिक संस्थान) :
( (ग) शाहदरा दिलशाद गार्डन;
(घ ) इन्द्रप्रस्थ न्यू अशोक नगर,
(ड) यमुना बैंक आनंद बिहार अंतर्राजीय बस टर्मिनसः और
(च) कीर्ति नगर मुन्डका ( शाहदरा से रिठाला कोरिडोर के बीच कार्यान्वित लिंक के साथ) . "
उपाबंध में, उपपैरा (i ) (ख) शर्त सं० 92 में, शब्द " दिल्ली एमआरटीएस प्रोजेक्ट" के स्थान पर शब्द " दिल्ली एमआरटीएस प्रोजेक्ट फेस-1 और विनिर्दिष्ट कोरिडोर दिल्ली एमआरटीएस प्रोजेक्ट फेस II" प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना सं 0 21 / 2002- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 [सा० का० नि० 118 ( अ) तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं 0 116/2006- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 14 दिसम्बर, 2006 [ सा० का ०नि० 755 (अ) तारीख 14 दिसम्बर, 2006 ] द्वारा किया गया था ।

New Delhi, the 21st December , 2006
No. 119/2006- CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 763 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ), No.21 /2002 - Customs , dated the 1st March , 2002, which was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R.118 (E ) , dated the 1st March 2002 , namely:-
In the said notification ,-
(1 ) in the table , against serial number (S.No ) 426A, for the entry in column (3 ) relating to 'Description of Goods ' , the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"All items of equipment including machinery and rolling stock, procured by or on behalf of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. for use in-
(i ) Delhi MRTS Project Phase - I ; and
(ii) Specified corridors of Delhi MRTS Project Phase - II , comprising of the following: -
(a) Vishwavidyalaya- Jahangirpuri ;
(b) Central Secretariat- Qutab Minar (via All India Institute of Medical Sciences );
(c) Shahdara- Dilshad Garden;
(d) Indraprastha -New Ashok Nagar ;
Yamuna Bank -Anand Vihar- Inter State Bus Terminus ; and
(e)
(f) Kirti Nagar -Mundka ( along with operational Link to Shahdara- Rithala corridor) ."
(2) in the Annexure , in sub para ( i) of condition 92, for the words " Delhi MRTS Project" , the words "Delhi MRTS Project Phase- I and specified corridors of Delhi MRTS Project Phase - II " shall be substituted .

सा.का.नि. 764( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 (1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5 क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं 0 6/2006 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तारीख 1 मार्च, 2006 भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाशित सा 0 का 0नि0 96 (अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(क) सारणी में, क्रम सं0 90 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3) और उससे संबंधित " माल की विशिष्टता " की प्रविष्टि में , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी, अर्थातः-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) , the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is . necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 6/2006 -Central Excise , dated the 1st March , 2006 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 96 (E ) , dated the 1st March , 2006, namely: - [PART II-SEC . 3 (i)) 4
