का.आ. 2144( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन इंडियन पीपर एंड स्पाइस ट्रेड एसोसिएशन- इंटरनेशनल कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज डिवीजन , कोची द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आंवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एक्सचेंज को काली मिर्च ( होल ) में अग्रिम संविदा, के संबंध में ( विशिष्ट परिदान संविदाओं के अलावा ) उस अग्रिम संविदा जिसमें एक अथवा दोनों ही पार्टियां विदेशी भागीदार हो सकती हैं, को भी शामिल करते हुए ,1-1-2007 से 31-12-2009 तक ( दोनों दिन शामिल ) दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करते हैं ।
S.O. 2144 (E ) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets. Commission, the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the India Pepper & Spice Trade Association-International Commodity Exchange Division , Kochi and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the saidAct, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period oftwo years from 1-1-2007 to 31-12-2009 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts (other than specific delivery contract), including a forward contract where one or both the parties to the contract may be foreign. participant (s); in Black Pepper (Whole) .
एतद्वारा मान्यता की मंजूरी इस शर्त के अध्यधीन दी गई है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज नागरिक पूर्ति, उपभोक्ता मामले और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 1 नवम्बर , 1996 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 764( अ ) में दी गई शर्तों और सरकार/वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले ऐसे अन्य निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with the conditions as laid down in the Government of India, Ministry of Civil Supplies , Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Notification No. S.O. 764 (E) dated 1st November, 1996 and such other directions as may from timeto time be given by the Government/Forward Markets Commission.
