का.आ. 2143( अ ). विदेश व्यापार नीति 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , अधिसूचना संख्या 16 ( आर. ई. 2006) / 2004-2009, दिनांक 29 जून, 2006 को निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है:
1. एग्जिम कोड 1001 1090 ( दुरुम गेहूँ अन्य) और 1001 90 20 ( अन्य गेहूँ) की मदों के लिए मौजूदा नीति 28 फरवरी, 2007 तक स्थगित रहेगी । इस अवधि के दौरान इन मदों का आयात मुक्त रूप से अनुमत होगा ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 2143 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby amends the Notification No. 16 (RE - 2006/ 2004-2009 , dated 29th June, 2006, as under:
1. The existing policy for items falling at Exim Codes 1001 10 90 ( Durum Wheat: Other) and 1001 90 20 (Other Wheat) shall remain in abeyance till 28th February, 2007. During this period import of these items will be allowed freely.
2. This issues in public interest .
