सा,का.नि. 765( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21 /2002-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 , सा, का. नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1. मार्च , 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रस्तावना में , परन्तुक में , खंड ( ट ) का लोप किया जायेगा ।

New Delhi , the 22nd December, 2006 No. 120/2006- CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 765 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962(52 of 1962), the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 21/2002 - Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 118 (E), dated the 1st March , 2002 namely :-
Inthe said notification , in the preamble, in the proviso , clause (j ) shall be omitted.

Note: The principal notification was published vide number G.S.R. 118(E) , dated the 1st March, 2002 andwas last amended by notifcation No. 119/2006- Customs, dated the 21st December , 2006 which was published vide number G.S.R. 763 (E ), dated the 21stDecember , 2006 .
