सं. टीएएमपी/47 / 2005-एमओपीटी.-इस प्राधिकरण ने दिनांक 30 अक्तूबर, 2006 को, मुरमोगांव पत्तन न्यास (एमओपीटी ) के दरमान के सामान्य संशोधन से संबन्धित प्रकरण सं. टीएमएमपी/47 /2005- एमओपीटी में एक आदेश पारित किया था । यह आदेश तथा (संशोधित ) दरमान , राजपत्र सं. 175 द्वारा , दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2006 को भारत का राजपत्र , असाधारण ( भाग III, खंड 4 ) में अधिसूचित किये गये थे ।
2. यह ध्यान में आया है कि दिनांक 27 नवंबर, 2006 को अधिसूचित समेकित दरमान में कुछ टंकण संबंधी भूल रह गई हैं । दरमान में की जाने वाली भूल सुधार निम्न प्रकार है :-
(i ) दरमान के भाग -1 पोत संबंधी प्रभार के अंतर्गत , बर्थ किराया/लंगरगाह प्रभार के खंड-ग में बर्थ सं. 9 ( एमओएचपी ) के लिए बर्थ किराया प्रभार से संबंधित क्रमांक सं. ( iii ) को निम्नलिखित रूप में पढ़ा जाना चाहिए :

बर्थ सं. 9 के लिए पोत का आकार

(iii) वर्तमान नोट 1 ( ख ) , भाग- V विशेष दर को हटाकर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए :
" भाग- III के अधीन दरमान में निर्धारित संपदा किरायों पर विशेष दर प्रभार्य होगी बशर्ते आअलग -अलग पट्टा करारों में , समय- समय पर, दरों में संशोधन की अनुमति देने वाला एक विशिष्ट खंड शामिल करना होगा ।"
(iv ) दरमान के भाग- IV के शीर्षक से शब्द " खंड- ग " हटाया जाए ।

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS
CORRIGENDUM
Mumbai , the 19th December, 2006
No. TAMP/47/2005-MOPT.-This Authority had passed an Order on 30th October, 2006 in case No. TAMP/47 / 2005-MOPT relating to the general revision of the Scale of Rates of the Mormugao Port Trust (MOPT) . This Order and the (revised) Scale ofRates were notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III , Section 4) on 27th November, 2006 vide Gazette No. 175 .
2. It has been noticed that some typographical mistakes have occurred in the consolidated Scale of Rates notified on27th November , 2006. The corrections to be made in the Scale of Rates are given below :
(i) Sl . No. ( iii) pertaining to berth hire charge for Berth No. 9 (MOHP) in Section C, Berth Hire/Anchorage charge, under Part - I Vessel Related charges of the Scale of Rates should be read as follows :

"The special rate shall be applicable on the estate rentals notified in the Scale of Rates under Part - III providedthat the individual lease agreements contain a specific clause permitting revision in rates , from time to time ."
(iv) Delete the word " Section-C" from the title under Part IV of the Scale of Rates .
