का. आ. 2156( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन हरियाणा कमोडिटीज लि. , दुकान नं. 2 और 3 , एडिशनल मण्डी, पहली मंजिल , सिरसा ( हरियाण ) द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को सरसों , सरसों के तेल और सरसों के तेल की खली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 13-1-2007 से 12-1-2009 तक ( दोनों दिन शामिल ) दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करते हैं ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्याधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2006
S.O. 2156 (E ) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition made underSection 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation)Act, 1952(74 of 1952) , by the Haryana Commodities Ltd. , Shop No. 2 and 3 , Additional Mandi, 1st Floor, Sirsa, (Haryana) and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , inexercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of two years from13-1-2007 to 12-1-2009 (both days inclusive) inrespect of forward contracts in Mustard seeds, Mustard seed oil and Mustard seed oil cake .
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions, as may, from time to time , be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
