नई दिल्ली, 26 दिसम्बर, 2006 सं. 134/2006-( एन.टी. )-सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 2154(अ) . सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962(1962 का52) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड (क) के उप-खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 128/2006- (एन. टी.) - सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2006 [का.आ. 2032 (अ) , दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2006 ] का अधिक्रांत करते हुए आयातित माल के संबंध मेंबोर्ड, एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची-1 और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ ( 2) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 जनवरी, 2007 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित है :-

No. 134/2006 ( N.T . ) - CUSTOMS
S.O. 2154 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause (i ) of clause (a) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Νο. 128/2006 - ΝT - Customs , dated the 27th November , 2006 [S.O. 2032 (E ), dated the 27th November , 2006 ] , the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said Section, relating to imported goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion ofeach of the the foreign currency specified in column (2) of each of Schedule I and Schedule II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st January, 2007 be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof:
