का.आ. 2151( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/क्षेत्रीय योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो/कोई सुझाव देना हो, तो वे अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक , आई.एन.ए. , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली को लिखित रूप में भेज सकते हैं । आपत्ति करने/सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दें । संशोधन :
जोन ' ओ ' में बुलन्द मस्जिद क्षेत्र में 1.7 हैक्टे. भूमि के भूमि उपयोग को नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार ' कृषि एवं जल निकाय ' से ' सार्वजनिक एवं अर्ध- सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं' में परिवर्तित किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है :-
उत्तर अराब अड्डाऔर जी.टी.रोड को जोड़ने वाली नई सड़क
दक्षिण - निर्मित अनधिकृत कॉलोनी
पूर्व निर्मित अनधिकृत कॉलोनी 9 मीटर चौड़ी प्रस्तावित सड़क
पश्चिम- डीएमआरसी भूमि , एचटी लाइन/ 13.5 मी. चौड़ी प्रस्तावित सड़क
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल , विकास मीनार , आई.पी. एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

New Delhi , the 26th December , 2006
S.O. 2151 (E) .-The following modifications which the Central Government proposes to make in the Master Plan/Zonal Plan for Delhi are hereby published for public information. Any person having objections / suggestions with respect to the proposed modification may send the objections / suggestions in writing to the Principal Commissioner- cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, Vikas Sadan, ' B ' Block , INA, New Delhi, within a period of30 days from the date of issue of this notice. The person making the objection/ suggestion should also give his /her name and address . Modifications :
The change of land use of 1.7 Ha. land at Buland Masjid Area in Zone ' O ' as per the description given below is proposed to be change from 'Agriculture & Water body' to 'Public and Semi -public facilities ' :
North New Road linking ISBT and GT Road
South Built -up Unauthorized colony
East Built -up Unauthorized colony/9m wide proposed road
West DMRC Land, H.T. Line/13.5m wide proposed road
A copy of the plan indicating the proposed modifications is available for inspection at the office of Jt . Director (MP) , 6th Floor , Vikas Minar , I.P. Estate on all working days within the period referred above.
