का.आ. 2148( अ).-रसायनिक हथियार समझौता अधिनियम, 2000.(2000 का 34 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के प्रावधानों के अनुक्रम में, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1490( अ ) , दिनांक 13 सितम्बर, 2006 में शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उपर्युक्तअधिसूचना में मद संख्या 1 तथा उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद संख्या तथा प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्: -
" 1. श्री विजय शर्मा अध्यक्ष" ।

S.O. 2148(E). In pursuance of the provisions of Sub -section (1) of Section 6 of the Chemical Weapons Act, 2000 (34 of 2000) , the Central Government hereby amends the Notification Number S.O. 1490 (E) , dated 13th September , 2006 with effect from the date ofpublication of this Notification in the Official Gazette namely:-
In the said Notification , for item Number 1 and the entry relating thereto the following item No. and entry shall be substituted, namely:
" 1. Shri Vijaí Sharma-Chairperson" .
