अधिसूचना
नई दिल्ली , 28 दिसम्बर , 2006 का.आ. 2163( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, उर्वरक (नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1985 के खण्ड 38 के उपखंड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय उर्वरक समिति का गठन करती है , जिसमें निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे ,
अर्थात्:-
अध्यक्ष 1. कृषि आयुक्त, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग , भारत सरकार , नई दिल्ली
सदस्य 2. उप महानिदेशक ( मृदा) , भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद्, नईदिल्ली
सदस्य 3. संयुक्त सचिव ( आई एन एम ) , कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग , नईदिल्ली
सदस्य 4. संयुक्त सचिव ( उर्वरक ) , उर्वरक विभाग , नईदिल्ली
सदस्य 5. निदेशक, केन्द्रीय उर्वरक गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण , और प्रशिक्षण संस्थान , फरीदाबाद , हरियाणा
सदस्य 6. कृषि निदेशक, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार , लखनऊ
सदस्य 7. कृषिनिदेशक , पश्चिमी बंगाल सरकार, कोलकात्ता

2. इस समिति की पदावधि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष होगी।
3. समिति या उसकी उप समितियों के सदस्य ऐसी समितियों के अधिवेशनों में भाग लेने के लिए नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट दरों पर यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते लेने के हकदार होंगे :-
(1 ) समिति या उप समिति का शासकीय सदस्य ऐसी दरों पर यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते लेने का हकदार होगा जो उस सेवा के लिए लागू होती है जिसका वह सदस्य है ।
(2) गैर सरकारी सदस्य, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय - समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते लेने का हकदार होगा ।
4. समिति को आदेश के अधीन अपने कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा , ऐसे कर्मचारिवृन्द उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे , जो आवश्यक हों ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th December , 2006
S.O. 2163 (E) . In pursuance of sub - clause ( 1 ) of Clause 38 of the Fertilizer ( Control ) Order , 1985 , the Central Government hereby constitutes the Central Fertilizer Committee consisting of the following members , namely:---
Chairman 1. Agriculture Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India, NewDelhi
Member 2. Deputy Director General (Soils) , Indian Council of Agricultural Research , New Delhi
Member 3. Joint Secretary ( INM) , Department of Agriculture and Cooperation , NewDelhi
Member 4. Joint Secretary (Fertilizer) , Department of Fertilizer , NewDelhi
Member 5. Director, Central Fertilizer Quality Control and Training Institute , Faridabad, Haryana
Member 6. Director of Agriculture, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow
Member 7. Director of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal , Kolkata

Member 8. Director ofAgriculture , Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad

2. The term of office of the Committee shall be five years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
3. The members of the Committee or its sub- committees shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rates specified below while attending the meetings of such committees:-
(1) An official member of the Committee- or sub -committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rates applicable to the service to which he belongs .
(2) A non - official member shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time totime .
4. The Committee shall be provided with such members of staff, as may be necessary , by the Central Government for carrying out its functions under the order .
