का.आ. 2159( अ ).-राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रोद्योगिकी संस्थान अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 28 ) की धारा 1 की उप- धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) दिनांक 9 सितम्बर, 2006 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वस्त्र मंत्रालय की दिनांक 30 अगस्त, 2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3616 को रद्द करती है और अप्रैल , 2007 की पहली तारीख को उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के लागू होने की तारीख नियत करती है ।

MINISTRY OF TEXTILES NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 27th December , 2006
S.O. 2159(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section(2) of Section 1 of the National Institute of Fashion Technology Act, 2006 (28 of 2006), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles , number S.O. 3616, dated the 30th August, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii ) , dated the 9th September, 2006, and appoints the 1st day ofApril, 2007, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
