का.आ. 2158( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, नई दिल्ली नगरपालिका परिषद अधिनियम , 1994 ( 1994 का 44 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 की अधिसूचना संख्याका. आ. 1820 ( अ) में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ग ) के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत सदस्य " शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत मद संख्या ( 5 ) , ( 7 ) एवं ( 8 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित मद संख्याओं और प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 28th December, 2006
S.O. 2158 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification number S.O. 1820 (E) , dated the 27th December, 2005 of the Government of India , Ministry of Home Affairs with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette.
Inthe said notification under the heading "Members nominated by the Central Government under clause ( c) ofSub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4 " for item numbers (5) , (7 ) and (8 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following item numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
