का.आ. 2168( अ ).- केन्द्रीयसरकार, राज्य क्षेत्रीय सागर-खंड , महाद्वीपीय मग्नतट भूमि, अनन्य आर्थिक क्षेत्र और अन्य सामुद्रिक क्षेत्र अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 80 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 7 ) के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तिबों का प्रयोग करते हुए वाणिज्य पोत परिवहन अधिनियम , 1958 की धारा 407 और धारा 3 के खंड (2) के अंतर्गत उपबंधों के लागू होने को भारत के अनन्य आर्थिक क्षेत्र के लिए , राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से, विस्तारित करती है ।

S.O. 2168 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub-section (7) of Section 7 of the Terri- torial Waters, Continental Shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976), the Cen- tralGovernment hereby extends the application of thepro- visions under Section 407 and clause 2 of Section 3 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 to the Exclusive Economic Zoneof Indiawith effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
