नई दिल्ली, 29 दिसम्बर , 2006 सं. 137/2006- सीमाशुल्क ( गै. टै. )
का.आ. 2170( अ ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, एतद्वारा सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 की पहली अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है; नामतः-
उपर्युक्त पहली अनुसूची में,
(i) अध्याय 25 में शीर्ष 2508 में कॉलम (2) में टैरिफ मद 2508 10 90 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि- अन्य (प्रोसैसड एंड ग्राऊंड सहित) प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
(ii) अध्याय 28 में, -
(क) शीर्ष 2825 में उपशीर्ष 2825 90 में टैरिफ मद 2825 90 30 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाए ।
(ख) शीर्ष 2827 में उपशीर्ष 2827 39 में टैरिफ मद 2827 39 10 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाता ।
29 में टैरिफ मद 2833 29 20 और इससे संबंधित (ग) शीर्ष 2833 में उपशीर्ष 2833 प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाए ।
(iii ) अध्याय 29 में शीर्ष 2931 00 में, उपशीर्ष 2931 00 में टैरिफ मद 2931 00 10 एवं इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाए ।
(iv) अध्याय 30 में, -
(क) शीर्ष 2003 में, उपशीर्ष 3003 90 में, टैरिफ मद 3003 90 35 के बाद निम्न टैरिफ मद और प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाए ;

S.O.2170 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 11A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , the Central Govemment , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act,, 1975, namely:-
In the said First Schedule , -
( i ) in Chapter 25, in heading 2508 , against tariff item 2508 10 90, for the entry in column (2) , the entry " Other (includes processed and ground ) " shall be substituted;
(ii ) in Chapter 28 , -
( a) in heading 2825 , in sub- heading 2825.90, tariff item 2825 90 30 and the entries relating thereto shallbe omitted;
(b) in heading 2827, in sub-heading 2827 39 , tariff item 2827 39 10 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(c) in heading 2833 , in sub-heading 2833 29 , tariff item 2833 29 20 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
