सा.का.नि 776 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1986 का 5 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , संतुष्ट होने पर कि जनहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1986 का 5 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , जिनके नाम हैं :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the Central Excise Tariff Act , 1985 (5 of 1986), the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest , hereby makes the following amendments in the First Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act , 1985 (5 of 1986) , namely: -
