New Delhi , the 2nd January, 2007 विदेश मंत्रालय ( हज सैल ) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 2 जनवरी, 2007
का.आ. 2( अ ). हज समिति अधिनियम , 2002 (2002 कर 35 ) की धारा 3 , 4 और 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए' और 15 सितम्बर, 2006 की सं. का.आ. 1536 ( अ ) के द्वारा भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में भारत सरकार , विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए , ऐसे संशोधनों से पूर्व किए गए किसी कार्य अथवा न किए जा सके किसी कार्य को छोड़कर, केन्द्र सरकार भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से श्री अंज़ शाह मसूदी कश्मीरी के स्थान पर श्री सैयद इम्तियाज हैदर , जहनियांपुर पोस्ट, मोहम्मदपुर जिला , आजमगढ़ , उत्तर प्रदेश , को एतद्द्वारा हज समिति, मुम्बई का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है।
S.O. 2 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 , 4 and 5 of the Haj Committee Act , 2002 (35 of2002) , and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of External Affairs published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub- section ( ii) vide number S.O. 1536 (1), dated the 15th September , 2006, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such modification , the Central Government , hereby nominates Shri Syed Imtiyaz Haider, Jahniapur Post , Mohammadpur Distt . Azamgarh , U.P. , as a member of Haj Committee , Mumbai under clause (c) of Sub - section ( iv) of Section 4 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002, in place of Shri Anzar Shah Masoodi Kashmiri, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India .
