> का.आ. 7( अ ), कयर उद्योग अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 45 ) जिसे कयर उद्योग नियमावली , 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पढ़ा जा सकता है, की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा कृषि एवं ग्रामीण उद्योग मंत्रालय की दिनांक 24 मई, 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 703 ( अ ) में नामतः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सें. 1. और संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में नामतः निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2006
S.O. 7 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (3 ) of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 ofthe Coir Industry Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments inthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofAgro and Rural Industries number S.O. 703 (E) ; dated the 24thMay, 2005, namely:--
In the said notification , for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:--
