का.आ. ४( अ ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/जोन ' सी ' ( सिविल लाइन्स ) की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है, जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो/कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , आई.एन.ए. , नई दिल्ली -110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने/सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी.दे ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन :
" राजपुर रोड ( जोन' सी ' ) पर प्लॉट नं. 12 के लगभग 4.4 एकड़ क्षेत्र , जो उत्तर- पश्चिम में ' मनोरंजनात्मक ' से , उत्तर - पूर्व में दि.न.नि. के स्टाफ हाउसिंग से , दक्षिण - पूर्व में राजपुर रोड से और दक्षिण- पश्चिम में दि.न.नि. के स्टाफ हाउसिंग से घिरा हुआ है, के भूमि उपयोग को " आवासीय " से " अधिकतम 75 एफ ए आर , 25 प्रतिशत भूतल कवरेज और 11 मी. ऊँचाई सहित " सार्वजनिक एवं अर्ध- सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं " ( सेना विधि संस्थान ) में परिवर्तित करने का प्रस्ताव है। "
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल , विकास मीनार , आई.पी. एस्टेट , नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 4th January, 2007
S.O.8(E) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority /Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan/Zonal Development Plan for Zone ' C' (Civil Lines ) is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan , New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .
Proposed Modification:
"It is proposed to change the land use of an area measuring about 4.4 acre of land at plot no . 12, Rajpur Road (Zone C) bounded by Recreational in the North West, MCD's staff housing in the North East, Rajpur Road in the South East andMCD staff housing in the South West from ' Residential ' to Public & Semi Public Facilities (Military Law Institute ) with amaximum FAR of 75 , Ground coverage 25 % and height 11 mt. "
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP ) 6th floor, Vikas Minar , IP Estate , New Delhi , on all working days during the period referred above .
