का.आ. 11 ( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) के अनुसरण में, एतद्वारा राजस्व प्रभाग अधिकारी , चित्तूर को इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट, चित्तूर जिला , आंध्र प्रदेश में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 18 के 2/6 कि.मी. में पहुंच मार्गों के साथ- साथ कमजोर और संकरे पुल के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए अधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 3rd January, 2007
S.O. 11 ( E) . In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes Revenue Division Officer , Chittoor , to perform the functions of the CompetentAuthority with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in Official Gazette, in respect of Land Acquisition proposal for reconstruction ofweak and narrow bridge along with approaches in km 2/6 of NH - 18 in Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh , as specified in the schedule given below :
