New Delhi , the 5th January, 2007
का.आ. 12( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार रेल अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 4क के अनुसरण में रेल मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1857 (अ ) तारीख 31 अक्तूबर , 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 12 (E). In pursuance of Section 4(A) ofthe Railways Act, 1989, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification ofthe Ministry ofRailways number S.O. 1857 (E) dated the 31st October, 2006, namely:
A उक्त अधिसूचना में , नामों के स्तंभ में, " श्री समर झा " नाम के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा:-
In the said notification, in the column of names, for the name " Shri Samar Jha" , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
" श्री.ए. के. भटनागर " ।
"Shri A. K. Bhatnagar".
