का.आ. 13( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , ठेका श्रम (विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 31 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, इंडियन आयरन एंड स्टील कम्पनी लिमिटेड रामनगर कॉलेरी , पी. ओ. रामनगर, वाया बराकर , जिला बर्दवान , पश्चिमी बंगाल को , भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) , तारीख 2 जुलाई, 1988 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2063 तारीख 21 जून , 1988 की अधिसूचना के लागू होने से , अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में ( क्रम संख्या 1 से 3 पर) विनिर्दिष्ट संकर्म में ठेका श्रम के नियोजन के संबंध में , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से साढ़े तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए , इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए कि ठेका कर्मकारों को , सरकार द्वारा न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 11. ) विहित मजदूरी और नियमित कर्मकारों के निम्नतम प्रवर्ग को संदेय मजदूरी जो राष्ट्रीय कोयला मजदूरी करार के प्रवर्ग में है, जिसमें मूल वेतन और महंगाई भत्ता तथा भविष्य निधि के फायदे और साथ ही कोयला कम्पनी के कॉलेरी औषधालयों में चिकित्सीय सुविधा अंतर्वलित हैं , के बीच मजदूरी संदत्त की जाएगी , छूट देती है ।
S.O. 13(E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970), the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, hereby , exempts Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited Ramanagar Colliery , P.O. Ramnagar , Via-Barakar , District Burdwan , State of West Bengal from theapplicability of notification of the Government of India intheMinistry ofLabour , number S.O. 2063 dated the 21st June, 1988, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section3, Sub -section ( ii) dated the 2nd July, 1988, in respect of employment of contract labour in the works specified in the Schedule to the notification (at serial numbers 1 to 3), for a period of three and half years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette subject to the conditions that the contract workers shall be paid wages in the midway between the wages prescribed by the Government under Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of1948) and the wages payable to the lowest category of regular workers that is Category- 1 of National Coal Wage Agreement comprising of Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance and the benefits of Provident Fund as well as medical facilities in the Colliery Dispensaries of Coal Company.
